San Diego Restaurant Week is back!

Get out and enjoy San Diego Restaurant week from 9/25 to 10/2 at the following restaurants and eateries at Del Mar Highlands Town Center. From lunch menus to dinner menus to enjoy with friends, families, and colleagues, you’ll find something tasty for everyone! 


Glass Box is an intimate dining experience that is held within a glass-encased setting. Here you will find yourself in the nucleus of Glass Box, which represents respect for the art of sushi. Guests will have a chance to meet Glass Box Sushi Chefs and will be served Yakatori, sushi, and other Asian coastal-inspired small bites. Omakase is also available, allowing guests to leave themselves in the hands of the chefs, enjoying a customized meal that is seasonal, artistic, and is made up of the freshest ingredients available.

1st course: choice of White Corn Soup or Fall Salad
2nd course: choice of Chicken Thigh & Green Onion, Belly of Pig, or a Sushi Sampler

Marufuku Ramen

Marufuku Ramen proudly serves the authentic Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen — featuring milky and umami-rich broth made from boiling pork bones for long hours, ultra-thin artisanal noodles that match perfectly with the broth, and Cha-shu made from specially selected pork. Rich white chicken paitan ramen with chicken Cha-shu is also featured on the menu along with a variety of mini-sized rice bowls, izakaya-style appetizers, and premium beer & sake.

All Entrees come with a choice of Caesar, Mediterranean Greek, or Romaine Avocado Salad. All Kabob Entrees come with a choice of Basmati Rice, Brown Rice, or Bulgur Wheat Pilaf.

Northern Pine Brewing is a little taste of home and the great Northwest here in Oceanside, San Diego. Like many other craft beer fans and home brewers, opening a brewery has been a long-time dream for co-founders Aaron Ortega, Anne Ortega, and Robert Parsons. When Bobby and Aaron came up with the idea to be professional brewers, they knew they wanted to give back through their beer, but they also wanted their beer and their brewery to represent them. It was quickly decided that the brewery had to be focused on the outdoors. They wanted to bring what they love most about their upbringings to Southern California and that is what inspired the name and the concept of Northern Pine Brewing. Their mission is to combine their passion for craft beer with their desire to give back to the community.
