On Monday, September 22, celebrate National Girls Night Out Day with an incredible 9-course dinner at Glass Box for $85 per person. The evening features a thoughtfully crafted menu where matcha takes center stage in both flavor and presentation.
Guests will enjoy courses including a Matcha Spritz Aperitif, matcha-cured Ora King salmon tartare, Wagyu & garlic matcha aioli temaki, and a trio of nigiri—Hokkaido scallop, bluefin otoro, and charred miso black cod. An intermezzo Matcha Dashi Broth Shot leads into matcha soba with uni and smoked dashi butter, with matcha white chocolate mousse as the finale.
