Halloween at Del Mar Highlands Town Center!

Looking for a fun way to trick-or-treat with your kids? Del Mar Highlands Town Center is hosting a family-friendly spooky Halloween event from 4-6pm. Pick up your trick-or-treating maps and meet the Mad Scientist & Frankenstein at the Interactive Lab by the Pop Jet Fountain.
